It’s important that you’re ‘fit to train’. If you have any conditions or illnesses that might be a risk, it’s best to get medical advice on how best to exercise
We have instructions on lots of our equipment so take time to understand how to use them, if you need help with anything please ask one of the fitness team.
Get familiar with the layout and equipment throughout the gym, know where the emergency help points and emergency exits are. The first aid kits will always be located near the entrance of the gym.
Where you can, training with friends is not just more fun, but you'll have someone to watch your back. Of course, this may not be possible, so keeping other members close to hand in case you need some support is a simple alternative.
If you ever feel unwell, injure yourself, or are concerned for your well-being, ask for help! If anyone from our fitness team isn’t on hand use one of the emergency contact numbers located around the gym. We have CCTV in place 24/7
