1. PRINCIPAL TERMS
- This agreement becomes effective once you confirm acceptance in the Declaration section during the web sign-up process.
- A legally binding contract is established between you and Gym on the Green Ltd upon confirmation of your membership application.
- You will be granted all rights and privileges associated with your chosen membership type.
- This agreement is personal to you and is non-transferable.
2. DIRECT DEBIT FEES AND CHARGES
- A Joining Fee (if applicable) and your first month’s membership fee will be collected via debit/credit card at the time of purchase or by Direct Debit within approximately five working days of your application date.
- The Joining Fee covers administrative processing and includes an induction session, which can be booked upon request.
- If you join mid-month, a pro-rata fee will apply for the remaining days of that month, with full fees starting on the 1st of the following month, and recurring monthly thereafter.
- Membership upgrades may incur an additional administrative fee.
- If any Direct Debit payment is returned unpaid, a £20 administration fee will be charged. Repeated missed payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership with written notice.
- You agree to keep your member details up to date and notify us immediately of any changes.
- An Access Card (or equivalent device) will incur a £10 issuance fee, with the same charge for replacements.
3. DIRECT DEBIT PRICES
- Membership prices may be increased with a minimum of one month's notice.
- You may terminate your membership during this notice period. If not cancelled, the updated price will automatically apply after the notice period ends.
4. MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS
- You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting info@gymonthegreen.com.
- Cancellations made within five days of the next billing date will result in a full month’s charge.
- Your membership will remain active until the day before your next billing date, at which point it will terminate automatically.
5. PAID IN FULL MEMBERSHIPS
- Fixed Term memberships are non-refundable unless early termination applies. In such cases, you are entitled to 50% of the pro-rata value for any remaining unused time.
- Memberships cannot be frozen.
6. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
- In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your membership and receive a full refund within 14 days of application.
- If you request immediate access and use the facilities during this period, your refund will be reduced accordingly based on usage.
7. ACCESS ABUSE POLICY
- Your Access Device (e.g. key card, KISI app) is for personal use only.
- Use is monitored. You may be asked to present ID at any time.
- Suspected misuse will be investigated, and you will be contacted regarding findings and any proposed actions.
- Failure to cooperate may result in membership cancellation or additional charges.
- You are responsible for any unauthorised use of your Access Device.
8. DAILY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Principal Terms
- Daily memberships are valid from the time of activation until midnight of the specified date.
- Membership rights are limited to those associated with the selected type.
- Daily memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as stated below.
Fees and Cancellations
- You may cancel a daily membership for a full refund within 14 days of purchase or before the activation date, whichever is earlier.
- After this period, fees are non-refundable.
9. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Members must be 16 years or older to use the gym unsupervised. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Personal belongings are brought into the facility at your own risk. Gym on the Green is not liable for any loss or damage.

- Our failure to act on a breach of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce them in the future.
- We reserve the right to assign our rights and obligations under this agreement to a third party. Notice will be provided.
- Temporary closures may occur (e.g. maintenance or emergencies). No refunds will be provided for such closures unless they exceed a reasonable duration.
- Personal trainers operate as independent contractors; we are not responsible for their services.
- Your legal rights under consumer protection laws are not affected.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- We may terminate your membership immediately if you breach our Rules or Terms.
- You affirm that you are in good health and will inform us of any changes that affect your ability to exercise safely.
- You will be held financially responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment caused by misuse or violation of the gym rules.
Age Eligibility and Responsibility
- Memberships and day passes are available to individuals aged 16 and over.
- We offer Young Person Memberships for individuals aged 16–18, and Standard Memberships and Day Passes for those aged 18 and over.
- By purchasing any membership or day pass, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that accurate information is provided at sign-up.
- Gym on the Green Ltd is not liable for any false declarations of age or misuse of memberships by individuals under 16.
- We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel or restrict access if age eligibility is not met.

12. PROMOTION TERMS
- Gym on the Green Ltd may end any promotion without notice.
- Prizes must be claimed within 21 days of being announced.
- We reserve up to 45 days to issue prizes.
- Challenge results must be verified by a staff member. Fair play is required.
- Prizes may be awarded as vouchers or membership credits.
13. DAY PASSES
- Day passes are subject to a fair use policy (maximum one per person). Multiple or duplicate passes may be cancelled without notice.
- Free passes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Passes must be used consecutively and booked prior to their expiration date.
14. PRICE DROP OFFERS
- Reduced membership rates are valid for the promotional duration only. Prices will revert to the standard rate after this period.
- Offers may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or combined with other offers.
