MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Principle Terms

This agreement becomes effective once you indicate your acceptance in the Declaration section during the web sign-up process.
A binding contract between you and Gym on the Green will be established upon confirmation of your membership application.
You will receive all rights and privileges associated with your chosen membership type.
This agreement is non-transferable.

2. DIRECT DEBIT FEES AND CHARGES

The Joining Fee (if applicable) and the first month's membership fee will be collected via debit/credit card at the time of purchase or by Direct Debit approximately five working days from your application date. Joining fees cover initial administrative costs and include an induction session, which can be booked upon request.
If you join mid-month, you will be charged pro-rata for the remaining days of that month, with full membership fees commencing on the 1st of the following month. Then on the 1st of the month there after
Upgrading your membership may incur an administrative fee.
If any Direct Debit is returned unpaid, you will incur an administration fee of £20. If further payments are missed after notification, we may suspend or terminate your membership with written notice.
You agree to notify us of any changes to your member details immediately.
A key card will incur a charge of £10, with the same fee applied for replacements.

3. DIRECT DEBIT PRICES

Membership prices may be increased with at least one month's notice. You will have the option to terminate your membership during this notice period. If you do not terminate by the specified date, the new price will take effect.

4. MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@gymonthegreen.com. Cancellations made within five days of billing will result in a full month's charge.
Your membership will remain active until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will automatically terminate.

5. PAID IN FULL MEMBERSHIP

For Fixed Term memberships, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the pro-rata amount for any unused membership.
Memberships cannot be frozen.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of completing your application. If you request immediate membership activation, refunds will be adjusted based on usage.

ACCESS ABUSE POLICY

Your Access Device (defined as any key card, KISI app, or relevant security device) is for your personal use only. You are responsible for its security.
Use of Access Devices is monitored. Proof of identification may be requested.
If misuse is suspected, we may investigate and will contact you with our findings and proposed actions.
Refusal to cooperate with an investigation may result in additional charges or membership cancellation.
You may be held responsible for the conduct of anyone using your Access Device without authorization.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

8. MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

Members must be 16 or older for unsupervised access. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Personal belongings are brought at your own risk; we are not liable for any loss or damage.
You agree to comply with the Rules of Membership, which may be updated with prior notice.
Inaction on our part regarding a breach of this agreement does not waive our rights to enforce the terms in the future.
We may assign our rights under this agreement to a third party, with notice to you.
Gym closures may occur, and we will notify you in advance when possible. No refunds will be provided for such closures.
We are not liable for services provided by personal trainers, as they are independent contractors.
Your legal rights as a consumer remain unaffected by these terms.
This agreement is governed by English Law.
We may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach the Club's Rules.
You affirm that you are in good health to engage in exercise and will notify us of any changes.
Any damage you cause to the building/equipment due to miss use or not following the rules you will be held accountable for and we may pass on any costs relating to this. Gym Rules

PROMOTION TERMS

Gym on the Green Ltd reserves the right to end promotions without notice.
Prizes must be claimed within 21 days of the announcement; we have 45 days to issue any prizes.
All gym challenges require fair play, and recorded results must be verified by a team member.
Prizes may be issued as vouchers or credits.

DAY PASSES

Day passes are subject to a fair use policy; one pass per person. Multiple passes may be canceled without notice.
Free passes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Passes must be used consecutively and booked before the advertised expiry date.

PRICE DROP

Lower membership prices are offered for a specified duration. Prices will revert to the specified rate thereafter.
Gym on the Green reserves the right to change or remove offers at any time.
Offers cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another person, nor used in conjunction with other offers
